Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Zamoux Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a great customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A prior written notice must be sent via email to info@zamoux.com before returning any product.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.

Please note: Opened, used, tampered-with, or damaged products are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please email info@zamoux.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name(s)

  • Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Zamoux Cosmetics is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for eligible items that meet our return conditions.

To request an exchange:

  • Follow the same return request process by emailing info@zamoux.com.

  • Specify the product you wish to exchange and the replacement product requested.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at info@zamoux.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
